The Campaign and its volunteers across the state have worked to increase both the awareness of and support for increased investments in voluntary, high-quality early education for all children and families that desire it.

EEA has successfully "tipped" the issue in the minds of opinion leaders, policymakers, and the voting public. An October 2003 non-partisan statewide voter poll [PDF] found that nearly 75% of Massachusetts voters support increased investments in high-quality early education. Additionally, 88% of Massachusetts voters agree that all children should have access to high-quality early education.
