EEA has successfully "tipped" the issue in the minds of opinion leaders, policymakers, and the voting public.
An October 2003 non-partisan statewide voter poll [PDF] found that nearly 75%
of Massachusetts voters support increased investments in high-quality early education. Additionally, 88% of Massachusetts voters agree that all children should have access to high-quality early education.
