Key Initiatives

SFC is spearheading the pioneering work of the Early Education for All (EEA) Campaign. The Campaign, a coalition of leaders from business, early childhood, labor, religion, health care, education and philanthropy, is working in partnership with families, grassroots leaders, and state policymakers to ensure high-quality early education for all children ages three to five in Massachusetts.

SFC helps other children by providing technical assistance and consulting services to advocacy and philanthropic groups nationwide. It is currently providing technical assistance to Cherish Every Child, a local early childhood community planning initiative.
SFC provides leaders from business, labor, and other sectors the opportunity to work together to improve children’s lives.

SFC staff members and volunteers are sought-after public speakers for business, foundations, and others working to make a difference in the lives of children and families through public policy and advocacy.

SFC develops future leaders for children through training and capacity building.
SFC provides resources to those children who need it most. The organization has collected and shipped thousands of Spanish-language books and resources to children in Latin America.
